1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bloxxle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service. If you are using Bloxxle on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of Bloxxle, you must create an account using either an email address and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

3. Game Rules and Fair Play

You agree to:

• Play fairly and not use any cheats, hacks, bots, or automated scripts
• Not exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Not manipulate leaderboards or game scores through illegitimate means
• Treat other players with respect during multiplayer matches
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or manipulate rankings

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate fair play rules, and to remove illegitimate scores from leaderboards.

4. Intellectual Property

Bloxxle, including its name, logo, game design, graphics, sounds, and code, is the intellectual property of 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written consent. You may share screenshots and gameplay recordings for personal, non-commercial use.

5. User Content

Your username and game data (scores, match results) may be displayed publicly on leaderboards and in multiplayer matches. By using Bloxxle, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display this information as part of the game experience. You are responsible for ensuring your chosen username does not contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Bloxxle available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bloxxle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, game progress, or scores.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use Bloxxle ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Bloxxle after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should stop using the service.
